Vintage 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
This full bodied flavorsome red wine exhibiting strong black currant flavor, vibrant color. Made from hand picked fruit, hand plunged in open fermentation vats during the fermentation process, then aged for a further 15 months in oak barrels before bottling under cork closures.
Best served at room temperature of approx 20 degrees, an ideal partner for beef dishes. Aging well Cellaring not required ready to drink now.
