Vintage 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
This full bodied flavorsome red wine was made from hand picked fruit, then hand plunged in open fermentation vats during the fermentation process. We then transfer the newly made wine into oak barrels for a further 15 months of maturing before bottling.
This Cabernet has aged well and is ready for your enjoyment (pre-cellared) best served at room temperature of approx 20 degrees, an ideal partner for traditional beef dishes.
